He’s also a former private equity investor at Highgate Capital and HIG Capital, and a former investment banker at Moelis & Company, specializing in hospitality, consumer and retail. Wadhwa holds a B.S. in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
