As part of the NBA’s Direct to Consumer, Products Technology and Operations team, Taylor Duncan manages business operations for the technology group responsible for building and innovating the NBA’s digital products including the NBA App, NBA ID (the league’s membership program), NBA League Pass (the NBA’s premium direct-to-consumer subscription product) and broadcast operations for live events.

 

Duncan helps shape strategic communications around the evolution of the NBA’s direct-to-consumer business and digital strategy. Over the past couple years, she has overseen process management, collaboration with digital and broadcast business partners, defining key objectives for the team and fostering a culture of transparency and innovation.

 

Duncan has been at the NBA for over seven years. Prior to her current role, she supported the Content Production team at the NBA assisting with broadcast partner management. Prior to her time at the league, she spent time at SportsNet New York, LIU Brooklyn and the Pittsburgh Penguins. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University.
