Lucy Mills is the Founder & Chief Catalyst at Ready Sport Global (READY), an innovation and technology consultancy and learning hub that designs and delivers projects and learning experiences with athletes, sports organizations, universities, and companies worldwide. With two decades of experience in the sport industry, leading programs and partnerships in 25+ countries at global brands such as FC Barcelona and FIFA, Lucy’s innovation philosophy is centered on the human experience of sport. At READY, she leads a global collective of curious change-makers who embrace emerging technologies as tools to drive regenerative impact for individuals, businesses, and communities. Lucy is also a Professor of Sport and Innovation at Emlyon Business School, France, an Associate Lecturer in Football and Sustainable Development at the University of Salford, UK, and Expert Advisor for an EU initiative connecting tech and digital solutions to grassroots sport. In 2023, Lucy was the recipient of the Everything in Sport “Contribution to Education in Women’s Sport” Award for her pioneering Web 3.0 education initiatives.
